It’s been a long time coming, but Adobe has finally updated Photoshop Express for iOS devices, and now fully supports the Retina display for high-quality image editing. The app is significantly faster and more responsive, and adds background uploads and multi-tasking support as well. Definitely worth checking out for those who enjoy simple image editing on their iPhone, and also provides easy social sharing features embedded within.
[iPhone Atlas] It’s been well over a year since Adobe first rolled out Photoshop Express, an iPhone app with basic image-editing and online storage features. Yesterday, the company took the wraps off Photoshop Express 1.5, bringing a couple of much-needed features to the app and a couple of minor improvements.
[Macworld] Snapping photos on your iPhone or iPod touch is great, but sometimes they need a little bit of touching up. For that, Adobe has released the latest version of its Photoshop Express for iOS devices, bringing improved iOS 4 support and a better workflow for capturing and editing images.
[TUAW] The app provides a limited subset of Photoshop functions, like crop, straighten, rotate, saturation, contrast, sharpen and other basics, and it includes a way to add frames.
